if you are looking at where to buy the Rocket Ultralight, currently it only appears to be available directly from Shark or via TV offers. Currently Shark are offering a 5 year VIP warranty with the Rocket Ultralight. This give you a repair or a replace option for 5 years. This also provides shipping costs both ways in the event of having to send a unit back for a warranty replace or repair, which is pretty good as many manufacturers dont do this.
Now at first sight the Shark Rocket Ultralight vacuum looks similar to the DC44 Animal from Dyson. But there is one big difference and that is that the Ultralight vacuum is corded. Now some may see this as a failing, but one of the problems with Dysons DC44, is that in spite of its power, you can only use it for a maximum of 20 minutes. Now that means that the DC44 can never be the only vacuum cleaner in your home, you need a second vacuum because you just dont have the range with the DC44 to able to vacuum your entire home.
Of course the other big difference between the Shart Rocket Ultralight and the Dyson DC44 is cost. Expect to pay about $300 for a DC44, the Rocket Ultralight is currently being sold by Shark for less than $160 on their website. So you have two major differences between the two lightweight vacuum cleaners.
